Jelly

Jelly is fruit juice cooked with sugar to form a gel, hence, "jelly". Some fruits and fruit combinations require added pectin in addition to the natural pectin present in the fruit itself. Our Jalapeno Jelly is perfect served with cream cheese on crackers or whipped together with cream cheese and sour cream as a dip.
