DILLMAN PRODUCT USED:
Dillman Farm Dill Mustard
- Dillman Farm Dijon Mustard
- 1 batch of your favorite biscuit dough
- 3/4 + cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Roll out to 1/4 " thickness and cut into 24 - 2" biscuits. Spread a generous layer of mustard over the tops of 12 biscuits, and sprinkle the mustard well with the parmesan cheese. Press the uncoated biscuits onto the coated biscuits and press together lightly. Arrange about 1" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops with a little more Parmesan. Bake in preheated 425° oven about 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Shortcut: Instead of making your own dough, use the flaky type canned biscuits and divide into 24 rounds.
