Coffee Cake

Dillman Farm products used:
Any jar of Dillman Farm preserves

    1 9.5 ounce jar of your favorite Dillman Farm preserve
    1 cup butter
    1 teaspoon (tsp) baking powder
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 eggs
    ¼ teaspoon (tsp) salt
    1 teaspoon (tsp) flavoring
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup nuts


  1. Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar, eggs and flavoring.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients and sour cream.
  3. Place half of the batter into a floured 10 cup bundt pan.
  4. Sprinkle with ½ cup of nuts and dot with ½ of the preserves.
  5. Add remaining batter, sprinkling remaining nuts and preserves.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
