Description:
Delicious and easy, this colorful dessert is a fabulous mix of Orange Marmalade and pineapple layered with whipped topping.

DILLMAN PRODUCT USED:
Dillman Farm Orange Marmalade

• 1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
• 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
• 1 cup whipped dessert topping

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Add marmalade and stir until melted. Add pineapple and remainder of juice. Chill until thick and syrupy. Fold in whipped topping. Put in parfait glasses and chill. Serves 4 to 6.
