Dillman Farm Honey Mustard Dressing / Dip

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Dillman Farm Honey Mustard Dressing / Dip
  • 5 Lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 - 10 oz. jar pickle relish, drained
  • 2 TBS. + 2 tsp.. salt 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium sweet green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 small jar pimentos, drained
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped Pepper to taste
Directions

Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. Add all ingredients remaining and stir until well blended. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Serves 12.
