DILLMAN PRODUCT USED:
Dillman Farm Honey Mustard Dressing / Dip
- 1/3 cup Dillman Farm Honey Mustard Dressing / Dip
- 5 Lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 - 10 oz. jar pickle relish, drained
- 2 TBS. + 2 tsp.. salt 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 medium sweet green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 small jar pimentos, drained
- 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped Pepper to taste
Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain. Add all ingredients remaining and stir until well blended. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Serves 12.
